After ten years of exploring spiritual practices, at the age of 36 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Through a combination of natural therapies, inner work and conventional medicine I was pronounced all clear after one year. This experience promoted a commitment to the spiritual, and I began studying naturopathy, bodywork, kinesiology, holistic counselling and holistic coaching with a soul based approach.
This preparation led me to Journey Work, which deals with cellular memory of emotional and physical traumas and helps to clear this trauma from our cells. This too evolved into further and deeper learning with The Magician’s Way. Using intuitive and practical structures, this process helps people to look forward to creating what they love and want to create in their lives.
This way of working is my passion and I use all of my knowledge and experience to work with people as a transformational coach and facilitator. I also love writing and sharing with others.
