FIND YOUR OWN MOMENTUM

LIGHT BULB MOMENT

 

 

Over the past month or so I have found my head full of unwanted and annoying thoughts, they were very stubborn and kept re-playing themselves and agitating me like a swarm of angry bees.

 

I thought that I had dealt with some of these concepts and stories before but here they were again, sticking like glue, trying to shake them off but they were being very tenacious!



 

 

 

 

 

So I began to run.............................

I felt that if they were going to persist I had no alternative but to somehow push them out of my energy field with some sort of force as other, gentle methods such as positive thinking and writing were not working.

 

These thoughts and feelings had a very strong energy surrounding them, a power that needed an equal power of effort to get them really moving in a forward direction rather than a re-circling one.

I knew these belief systems, thoughts and stories no longer served me or belonged to me so I thanked them and actually gave myself permission to let them go. I did this consciously and continuously when I was running/jogging.

 

I used the power of their energy to propel me to run and each time my foot hit the pavement I imagined that I was releasing this energy into the earth and actively expelling it from my body.

I was amazed at what happened, I could feel old hurts, anger, resentment and unworthiness all coming up to the surface. Their power was immense and I found that I could then use that power to run faster and harder, depending on the emotion. I found that my whole body responded, my arms were cutting through the air with force, I felt determined and in control, my legs had a will of their own and they pounded that pavement with intent and strength.

I had finally found MY MOMENTUM - the momentum to release unwanted thoughts, patterns of behaviour and emotions.

 

 

 

INTENT - ACTION - MONEMTUM - RELEASE

 

 

 

I know that this will be a work in progress and each time that I hit the pavement, will be a new experience as some patterns of behaviour and belief systems we set up for ourselves for protection or any other reason can take longer to release than others.

So go find your own MOMENTUM to match what changes you would like to make for yourself. The momentum needs to equal the power of the energy that propels the beliefs and patterns.

 

Once these old patterns and belief systems began to be released I discovered my true essence. It had always been there, just covered up and hidden under lots of old, tired and worn out stories that I had attached too and believed.

There is a light shining, more brilliantly now - so use your mo to find your glow!
